This Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon is by far my favorite salmon recipe, correction, my favorite fish dish PERIOD! The salmon melts in your mouth and the flavor is incredible! Be prepared, this dish may not render any leftovers. You’ll keep coming back for more. One of my go-to recipes when I’m cooking for others, this salmon will not disappoint. Here is my recipe:
Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon
1 whole salmon filet
3 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Lawry’s seasoning salt
Lawry’s Garlic Salt
Preheat the oven to 400* F. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray. Season the salmon to taste with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and Lawry’s Garlic Salt. Bake the salmon, skin side down, for 15min. Remove from the oven and top with minced garlic, dried parsley and parmesan mixture. Press mixture into the salmon. Return to the oven and continue baking until the cheese melts and salmon is slightly browned. It should easily flake apart when fully cooked. Let it rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
